I was finally able to download and install the software on my PC. Just be aware of the fact that, if there are any such connectivity issues on your system, you *might* be running right into the next problem during the product activation, in which case you won't get around further looking into firewall/security and Windows/Internet Explorer API configuration. I believe I may have replied to a support ticket from you earlier today with some suggestions on how to rectify this. The whole firewall/anti-virus situation, there are also some settings in the Windows/Internet Explorer API options that can cause problems with the download manager.
