I was finally able to download and install the software on my PC. Just be aware of the fact that, if there are any such connectivity issues on your system, you *might* be running right into the next problem during the product activation, in which case you won't get around further looking into firewall/security and Windows/Internet Explorer API configuration. If that wasn't you, or if you (or anyone else) just needs the quickest and easiest fix to this issue, it would be by bypassing the DLM and downloading the installer directly from this URL:

I believe I may have replied to a support ticket from you earlier today with some suggestions on how to rectify this. The whole firewall/anti-virus situation, there are also some settings in the Windows/Internet Explorer API options that can cause problems with the download manager.
